This manuscript was developed from a need to provide an overview of Project Management including several project management techniques while also integrating a sense of realism from experience in the field. Included in the text are descriptions of how techniques are used in an organizational setting, brief snapshots from actual projects, and a sense of what corporate life is like. This is a book about Project Management, not a step by step book on how to develop a project plan with project management software. The approach is pragmatic - Straight to the Point.
