Not well edited and not well written.Verbose and wordy yet overly simplified stress.If all you need is a little yoga and a nice bubble bath, and what seems like a bad translation of choppy medical phrases, this book will be perfect for you.If you have endured trauma and are seeking guidance regarding re-regulating your vagal nervous system, this book is NOT that at all.
