I followed the book when it was first posted chapter-by-chapter elsewhere, and I was hooked, waiting for the final product to be published. It's the rare mixture of solid writing advice and lived experience through times of joy and hardships, success and obstacles.The chapters are organized in such a way that one can easily focus on separate aspects of writing, without falling into a pure textbook pattern, and as such it's worthwhile and valuable reading and working through on its own. But it's the interlacing with personal stories and experience that makes it fun to read and identify those nuggets that makes one say, "Yes, I can see that.
